A company is looking for a Sales Call Center Agent to join their team and expand their reach in providing healthcare services to seniors.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to introduce services and schedule in-home health assessments Educate seniors on the importance of lower extremity health and chronic care management Document calls and update CRM records with customer interactions
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, healthcare, or senior services preferred Comfortable using CRM systems and call center software Bilingual (Preferred): Spanish or other language skills are a plus Positive attitude and persistence in handling objections Ability to engage and educate seniors effectively
