Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients regarding outstanding balances and payment options Educate patients on insurance responsibilities and financial assistance availability Document account information accurately in the EMR system
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Certification of required language issued by an approved language testing vendor Prior experience in collections, customer service, or call center preferred Knowledge of general medical billing and insurance preferred
