A company is looking for an Insurance A/R Call Center Representative (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Responds to customer inquiries through various communication channels, providing accurate information Clarifies and resolves customer issues by identifying needs and implementing solutions Documents all interactions in the CRM system and adheres to quality standards and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required Associate Degree or some college coursework in a related field preferred 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in a call center environment Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools preferred 1 year of experience with medical revenue cycle processes preferred
