Effectively address and resolve consumer questions or concerns Clearly document and update consumer records based on interactions Accurately and efficiently manage multiple consumer interactions

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma required; college education preferred Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment Experience working on a computer and with Microsoft applications Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms Experience supporting brand/consumer products and/or services
