Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in finding and purchasing products and services Handle billing inquiries and process payments Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to phone, internet, or cable services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of two years of customer service and sales experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Aptitude for working with various computer systems Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing business needs Self-directed and resourceful with a strong desire for sales
