Key Responsibilities
Manage inquiries and concerns related to billing and insurance through inbound and outbound calls Resolve complex billing issues and recommend payment options in accordance with client guidelines Maintain accurate account documentation and adhere to company policies while exceeding performance metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Prior experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting preferred Familiarity with medical billing and coding, and applications like Artiva and Cerner Soarian preferred High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases effectively Self-motivated with the ability to manage work efficiently in a remote environment
