Key Responsibilities
Review Work in Progress reporting to ensure completion of assigned duties Process title and closing orders in accordance with client requirements Engage borrowers and agents to confirm closing details and address inquiries
Required Qualifications
Practical work experience within the real estate industry, particularly in title and closing processes High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and mortgage software platforms Detail-oriented with a proven track record of quality Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
