A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative (Part-time). Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and provide assistance to members and healthcare providers Research and resolve customer inquiries while meeting service level agreements Document interactions in the CRM system and guide callers through online processes

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of customer service experience Reliable internet connection (minimum 60 Mbps download / 6 Mbps upload) Experience with CRM tools or call center technology is preferred Familiarity with healthcare or government programs is a plus
