Job Title Inbound Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Location & Schedule This is a fully onsite position in Mesa, AZ. Additionally, this role is 100% onsite in Tempe, Arizona. Must have availability Monday–Sunday between 5 AM and 10 PM for an 8‑hour shift.

Pay & Benefits Pay: $21.00 per hour and $31.50 per hour for overtime. The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or office setting.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and follow‑up calls.

Answer calls and questions regarding prior authorization, general questions, and some confidential information.

Provide great customer service with a high level of attention to detail.

Enter information accurately.

Measured on quality and accuracy, expected range is 50–100 calls a day depending on complexity.

Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers.
