Joining the Secret Service, Office of Equal Employment Opportunity and Conflict Resolution will allow you to administer and manage Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs and ensure full regulatory compliance. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting day-to-day activities while serving as a principal management and employee resource in ensuring the EEO program provides continuing services to employees.
