Responsibilities
Provide care for program participants in compliance with DoD, Army, and local policies, guidance, and standards. Interact with patrons and deliver a superior patron experience.
Encourage patron interest and participation, promoting a positive golf experience.
Complete designated training requirements, record completed training, and assist in the daily operation of the golf activity.
Carry out instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit‑generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base. Assist in marketing and promotion of the golf activity and programs.
Provide golf instructions to individuals and groups. Assist in scheduling and conducting golf‑related activities and tournaments. Perform other duties assigned.
Conditions of Employment
Direct deposit and a valid Social Security Card are required.
Meet all qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
One‑year probationary period may be required.
Successfully complete an employment verification (E‑Verify) check.
Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre‑employment checks in accordance with AR 215‑3, para.2, including a Tier 1 background investigation.
Position necessity based on installation program size and operational needs.
Qualifications
Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed.
Possess the ability to instruct the game of golf, evidenced by completion or current enrollment in pursuit of Class A PGA Certification.
