Responsibilities
Provide care for program participants in compliance with DoD, Army and local policies, guidance, and standards; interact with patrons and deliver superior patron experience.
Encourage patron interest and participation, promote a positive golf experience, complete designated training requirements and record completed training, assist in daily operation of the golf activity.
Carry out instructions and directives as necessary to operate a fluid, profit-generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
Assist in marketing and promotion of the golf activity and programs; provide golf instruction to individuals and groups.
Assist in scheduling and conducting of golf-related activities and tournaments; perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
Successfully complete employment verification (E-Verify) check.
Must be able to work during hours of operation, including nights and weekends.
A one-year probationary period may apply.
Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre‑employment checks in accordance with AR 215‑3, paragraph 2, including a Tier 1 background investigation.
Qualifications
Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed.
Possess the ability to instruct the game of golf as evidenced through completion or current enrollment in pursuit of Class A PGA Certification.
Highly Preferred:
Current Class A PGA certification.
Education None.
Area of Consideration
