SPECIFIC DUTIES
Develop and manage the co-curricular budget in collaboration with relevant personnel to ensure proper monitoring and allocation.
Assist the Principal with the recruitment, selection, and employment of co-curricular staff, and evaluate the performance.
Oversee the scheduling of co-curricular events and manage the community use of school facilities, including building and grounds utilization, facility rentals, and transportation.
Design and implement recognition programs for student, staff, and school achievements, and represent the school at meetings related to co-curricular programs.
Ensure that facilities comply with district custodial, maintenance, safety, and security standards, and oversee the building's safety, physical structure, and processes.
Oversee the Athletic Director and support initiatives to ensure the athletic department's overall success.
Attend and support evening and after-school events as part of fulfilling departmental and community engagement responsibilities.
Prepare and administer budgets for student activities and community rentals, including fundraising and financial obligations.
Manage logistics for student group travel, freshman orientation, and crisis situations.
Direct the planning and logistics for graduation ceremonies, assemblies, social events, and other celebrations, such as state championships and send-offs.
Oversee branding, website, social media, and other communication channels related to co-curricular programs.
Serve as the building board budget administrator, activity account treasurer administrator, and EA contract supervisor.
Foster a positive school culture by coordinating service projects and culture-building initiatives, and promote the co-curricular code of conduct for non-athletic programs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Salary Range: Administrative Salary Grade Two- $156,810.00 - $196,012.00
Longevity bonus of 1% for those at the top of the salary range
