The Process:
You’ll meet customers who are already in-market, guide them through a clean buying process, and help them make a confident decision.
The Volume:
No gimmicks. Real opportunities every day across our showroom, digital leads, and phone inquiries.
What You Can Expect:
$60,000–$150,000+
income potential
Traffic:
Strong volume from showroom walk-ins, internet leads, and phone calls
Support:
Structured training and daily coaching
Growth:
A clear path to leadership for top performers
Engagement:
Strong management support (we’re on the front line with you)

Qualifications & Requirements:
We don't require years of automotive experience, but we do require the following: Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Driving History:
A clean driving record and a
valid Texas driver’s license .
Screening:
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Manage Connections:
Act as the point of contact for in-person, digital, and phone customers.

Guide the Deal:
Lead customers through options and the final purchase.
Build a Book:
Follow up and build repeat and referral business.
