Vaco Arizona is hiring a Strategic Account Specialist for a top company located in Tempe, AZ. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a hybrid work schedule, combining both in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The position offers a competitive salary of up to $65,000 per year, along with bonus eligibility based on performance and company goals.
Responsibilities
Drive growth across existing accounts and product lines
Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities with current customers
Support and guide Sales Support Specialists as needed
Review and ensure accuracy of customer documents in SugarCRM
Engage customers to answer questions and upsell additional products
Partner with the field sales team to support revenue targets
Run reports and track data using SugarCRM and other tools
Submit weekly updates to management
Deliver strong customer service with timely follow-through
Identify and resolve customer issues proactively
Qualifications
SAP experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related business or sales field preferred
2+ years of proven sales and/or sales support experience
Compensation & Benefits The salary range for the role is up to $65,000 per year. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Participation in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan is offered.
