Vaco Phoenix is working with a top company in Tempe AZ who is looking to add a Sales Support Analyst to join their growing team. This Sales Support Analyst will support the Outside Sales team by helping customers and answering their needs. They stay informed about products and the market so they can offer solutions and increase sales with their accounts. This is a direct hire position that is hybrid (two days remote), paying up to $65k per year plus bonus.
Job Description
Help drive sales across different accounts, products, and markets
Find and pursue new sales opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships
Act as a subject matter expert for Sales Support Specialists
Review client documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with requests in the CRM
Identify customer needs and close additional sales within your assigned territory
Support account inquiries as directed by the Outside Sales Representative or Manager
Work with the regional sales team to increase revenue and meet sales goals
Generate reports using the CRM and other tools as requested by leadership
Required
2 years of proven sales and support experience
Ability to effectively use computer software and technology as required, to include a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
Effective verbal and written communication skills
