Account Manager

About This Role As an Account Manager at Jubilee, you will play a key role in nurturing and growing our brand partnerships business! You’ll work across the full lifecycle of a deal – from pre‑sale support to execution – partnering closely with internal production and creative teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and clients have a great experience. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, a proactive self‑starter, and excited to contribute and work with a dynamic and collaborative team! Plus, our branded content projects are fun

What You’ll Do:

Own end‑to‑end client communications from post‑sale through production, ensuring alignment, clarity, and a seamless experience at every stage of the client journey

Grow existing accounts by spotting upsell and renewal opportunities

Assist in developing custom sponsorship ideas in partnership with creative and partnership teams

Help manage the execution of campaigns and productions, coordinating across creative, production, and finance to keep everything on track

Support production logistics and timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet client expectations – a keen eye for detail with production timelines a major requirement

Contribute to client presentations and proposals, helping craft clear and compelling narratives

Maintain and update CRM systems with account details, campaign performance, and key insights

Track campaign performance and pull insights to support account growth and client reporting

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to problem‑solve and keep projects moving forward

Who You Are:

2‑3+ years of experience in account management or brand partnerships (agency experience is a plus!)

Experience working on branded video productions and managing timelines & cross‑department communication

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once

Clear and professional communicator who is comfortable interacting with clients and internal teams

Collaborative and team‑oriented, with a willingness to learn and take feedback

Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through

Interest in branded content, media, and storytelling

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data tracking is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Perks

Work Model At Jubilee, we follow a hybrid work model - we’re in the El Segundo office 3 days a week and remote for 2. So, you’ll need to be local or ready to make the move!
