Sr ISC Project Management Specialist
You will report directly to our Sourcing & Procurement Digital Transformation Director and you’ll work on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company by transforming our organization's supply chain landscape. Your strategic oversight and successful execution of end-to-end supply chain projects will directly contribute to heightened operational efficiency, streamlined processes, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Align supply chain projects with the overall organizational strategy, ensuring that project objectives contribute directly to the achievement of broader business goals.
Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain projects, overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring phases.
Proactively identify and assess potential risks in supply chain projects, developing mitigation strategies to safeguard against disruptions and delays.
Qualifications You Must Have
6+ years of experience in supply chain project management.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to collaborate cross functionally.
Drive process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Tableau / Business Intelligence.
Data Validation & Quality Control.

Compensation The salary range for this position is $71K - $108K. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
