As a Personal Banker within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in Huntsville Alabama at the Governors Drive branch location.
Job Description
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manage the customer experience and identify opportunities to improve financial well‑being, collaborate with partners to grow share of wallet, and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.
Drive proactive sales conversations via inbound and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty through a full PNC conversation and ecosystem partnership.
Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, perform lobby engagement, and educate customers on options for managing financial transactions.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrate sound judgment within established limits, and participate in branch daily operations ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Work Experience Roles at this level typically require an associate’s degree or equivalent education combined with related product knowledge or experience. Usually 3+ years of experience is expected. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered.
Education No Degree
Licenses Candidates will undergo additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
