Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and translate complex utility concepts into clear, learner-centered content.
Design and develop training deliverables, including:
Instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training (ILT/VILT)
E-learning modules
Microlearning assets
Video-based learning solutions
Create storyboards, scripts, and learning outlines aligned to performance objectives.
Maintain and update existing learning materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
Ensure learning solutions meet accessibility, usability, and quality standards.
Video Production (Pre ‑ Production, Production & Post ‑ Production)
Lead video pre-production activities, including:
Writing video scripts and interview questions.
Creating shot lists and production plans.
Coordinating schedules, locations, and SMEs.
Set up and conduct video shoots, including:
Camera, lighting, and basic audio setup
Coaching on‑screen participants as needed
Perform post‑production editing, including:
Syncing audio and video
Trimming and cutting footage
Adding titles, lower thirds, callouts, and simple animated elements
Incorporating graphics, screen recordings, or motion elements as appropriate.
Optimizing videos for different delivery platforms (LMS, intranet, mobile, etc.)
Following brand, style, and quality standards for all video assets
Notes: Remote with occasional in person depending on video shoots
