Lead daily on-site construction operations across various project locations, managing field crews, subcontractors, and site logistics to keep each job running smoothly. Partner closely with the Project Manager to support overall project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and coordinating technical details across all trades-regardless of job site location. Conduct thorough site inspections, uphold strict safety standards, and ensure all work meets contract requirements and quality expectations at every location. Track project costs, review subcontractor pay applications, and keep detailed documentation through daily reports and frequent coordination meetings while traveling between sites. Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and team members at each project location, while mentoring field staff and promoting a safety-first, injury-free culture.
