About the Role
The Company is in need of an Interim Director or Senior Director of FP&A to play a pivotal role in the advancement of its planning, forecasting, and analytical capabilities on a global scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial strategy, as well as building and maintaining various financial models. This role requires the delivery of executive- and board-level reporting with strategic insights, providing guidance on resource allocation, and driving process improvements to build a scalable FP&A infrastructure.
Key responsibilities also include serving as the primary FP&A partner for GTM teams, supporting bookings forecasts, pipeline analytics, and capacity modeling, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, and operations to align investments with strategic priorities. The ideal candidate should have 8-12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance, with a strong background in SaaS financial modeling and subscription-based metrics. The role demands an individual with excellent analytical, communication, and data storytelling capabilities, who is comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and has a proven track record of influencing senior leaders and partnering with GTM teams. Leadership experience is preferred, and expertise in Excel/Sheets is essential, with familiarity with FP&A platforms being a plus.
