LHH is partnering with a well-established manufacturing firm in
Duluth, GA
to identify a detail-oriented
Order Entry Specialist . This role is responsible for accurately processing customer orders received through multiple channels-including fax, email, and mail-while ensuring timely fulfillment and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Candidates must be available to start ASAP. Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter customer purchase orders, confirming part numbers, quantities, pricing, and shipping details
Review orders for accuracy related to pricing, product specifications, and delivery timelines; make adjustments as needed
Communicate order confirmations, including pricing and shipping information, via email or fax
Prepare and generate order forms (manual or digital), calculating total costs for customer approval
Maintain organized, chronological order records for efficient retrieval
Route customer inquiries and order-related issues to the appropriate Customer Service Representatives
Compile and generate reports, including statistical data, to support management review and decision-making
Skills & Qualifications: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Highly organized, energetic, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
High school diploma or GED required
2-3 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or a related field preferred
At least 1 year of office support or clerical experience is a plus
Job Details: 4-5 month contract
Onsite | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Details:
$21.00 per hour
