About the Opportunity
Capital Vacations continues to expand across the Grand Strand, creating a unique opportunity for a Director of In-House Sales to lead our owner-focused sales operations.
This role is responsible for driving performance within our existing owner base , maximizing upgrade opportunities, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop In-House Sales Managers and Representatives
- Drive owner engagement, package upgrades, and revenue growth
- Partner with Marketing and Operations to ensure strong tour flow and owner experience
- Actively support and assist with closing high-value deals
- Recruit, train, and retain top-tier sales talent
- Monitor KPIs including VPG, close rates, and volume
- Implement strategies to increase owner satisfaction and repeat business
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in timeshare in-house/owner sales leadership
- Strong understanding of owner lifecycle and upgrade strategies
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue and team performance
- Hands‑on leader with the ability to close and coach simultaneously
- Experience building strong, culture‑driven teams
- Results‑oriented with a focus on both performance and guest experience
