What You’ll Do

  • Lead, develop, and manage Frontline Sales Managers and Representatives
  • Drive tour flow conversion, VPG, and overall site performance
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to maximize tour generation and efficiency
  • Recruit, coach, and retain top sales talent
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, actively supporting closes
  • Ensure consistent execution of the company’s sales process and standards
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in timeshare frontline sales (Director or high-level Manager)
  • Track record of driving strong VPG and closing performance
  • Ability to lead from the front and close deals alongside your team
  • Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Strong recruiting and talent development mindset
  • High energy, competitive drive, and a passion for winning
