About the Opportunity

Capital Vacations continues to expand across the Grand Strand, creating a unique opportunity for a Director of In-House Sales to lead our owner-focused sales operations.

This role is responsible for driving performance within our existing owner base , maximizing upgrade opportunities, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop In-House Sales Managers and Representatives
  • Drive owner engagement, package upgrades, and revenue growth
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations to ensure strong tour flow and owner experience
  • Actively support and assist with closing high-value deals
  • Recruit, train, and retain top-tier sales talent
  • Monitor KPIs including VPG, close rates, and volume
  • Implement strategies to increase owner satisfaction and repeat business

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in timeshare in-house/owner sales leadership
  • Strong understanding of owner lifecycle and upgrade strategies
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue and team performance
  • Hands‑on leader with the ability to close and coach simultaneously
  • Experience building strong, culture‑driven teams
  • Results‑oriented with a focus on both performance and guest experience
