What You’ll Do:
- Plan and lead engaging daily activity programs for residents
- Coordinate events, outings, and seasonal celebrations
- Encourage participation and build meaningful relationships with residents
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being
- Maintain activity calendars and documentation
- Create a warm, inclusive environment where everyone feels involved
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in activities, recreation, or senior living preferred
- Strong creativity and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate, upbeat, and resident-focused personality
- Ability to lead both group and one‑on‑one activities
