$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Are you ready to drive growth and build strong customer relationships?
Our client is seeking an experienced professional to enhance market share and profitability by establishing and nurturing partnerships with current and future customers. You will be instrumental in implementing strategic sales solutions that are mutually beneficial.This is a remote role open to candidates based in Alabama, Georgia, or southern Tennessee.
- Boost market share through proactive initiatives with assigned customers.
- Utilize effective closing skills to enhance sales and profitability through collaborative negotiation.
- Forge and expand relationships with high-quality interactions.
- Identify customer needs and develop solution-based sales strategies.
- Leverage team selling techniques to promote products and services, including e-commerce.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities with early-stage customers.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product line and capabilities.
- Collaborate with Regional Managers and Account Representatives on territory strategy.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with customers and prospects, with occasional overnight travel.
- Implement proactive selling strategies using electronic technologies to maximize efficiency.
- Strengthen organizational relationships across various customer departments.
- Engage in customer entertainment activities, including lunches, dinners, and events.
- Create 30- and 60-day customer call plans and submit weekly schedules.
- Document customer interactions and strategies in Salesforce.
- Coordinate inquiry follow-ups with Regional Managers, Account Representatives, and Internet Sales.
- Forecast annual sales for assigned customers in both pounds and dollars.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Timely submission of administrative reports.
- Seek opportunities to learn new sales skills and expand market knowledge.
- Manage customer-specific inventory for assigned accounts.
- Provide competitor and market intelligence and document competitive activity.
- Initiate strategic marketing campaigns using market and customer insights.
