Oversee daily onsite construction activities for commercial upfits or ground-up multifamily developments. Lead subcontractor coordination, inspections, quality control, site logistics, and daily reporting. Maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project and jobsite documentation using Project Site (Tremble). Conduct daily safety checks and uphold all company and OSHA requirements. Communicate proactively with Project Managers regarding schedule, manpower, materials, and risks. Ensure work is performed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Manage weekly progress meetings with subcontractors and key stakeholders. Travel full-time to project sites; housing and per diem provided. A successful Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Interiors should have: Experience as a Superintendent overseeing commercial interior upfits or ground-up multifamily construction. Multifamily experience in affordable housing is a plus. Strong communicator with excellent organization and leadership skills. Ability to run job sites independently with minimal oversight. Tech-savvy with ability to use project management software (Project Site/Procore-type tools). Stable work history; reliable references required. Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast for extended durations. What's On Offer

Competitive salary ranging from USD $80,000 to $100,000 annually. Company truck + gas card. Annual discretionary bonus. PTO: 2 weeks to start; increases to 3 weeks with tenure. Health, dental, vision: Eligible after 60 days. 401(k): Eligible after 90 days. Per diem: $30-$40/day for meals. Housing provided when traveling (hotel, Airbnb, or rental). Company iPad, laptop, and phone.
