National Advertising Campaign Specialist - Baton Rouge, Louisiana We are hiring a National Advertising Campaign Specialist to oversee all post‑buy aspects of a national campaign and manage the execution of dynamic digital campaigns. The position acts as a liaison between the National Sales team, national customers, IT, and local Lamar offices to troubleshoot and drive resolutions during the life cycle of the campaign.

Responsibilities

Oversee all post‑buy aspects of a national campaign, including day‑to‑day communication of material delivery, installation updates, digital scheduling, and proof of performance delivery.

Manage the execution of dynamic digital campaigns, ensuring scheduling and campaign compliance and upholding digital scheduling best practices.

Provide accurate spec sheets for contracted locations and shipping address information to customers supplying their own production materials.

Ensure posting instructions for national campaigns are provided in a timely manner by customers and are ready for distribution.

Audit posting instructions and creative file images from the customer for accuracy; resolve creative file issues accordingly, directly with the customer or the customer’s design agency.

Distribute posting instructions and creative images to local sales offices for national campaigns.

Track production materials, maintain tracking logs, and maintain digital schedule organization best practices for each campaign.

Execute a high volume of digital scheduling on a daily basis.

Compile and distribute status update reports for customers on a daily basis.

Troubleshoot and help solve production‑related issues with external and internal customers and partners to ensure an on‑time posting of national campaigns.

Identify digital technical issues resulting in a delivery compromise, like board outages, and determine technical, local market, and client implications; take action accordingly.

Anticipate problems and communicate with customers, National Account Executives, Account Managers, and local Lamar offices.

Manage digital goods or service solutions for Lamar’s technical failures; help sellers and customers with service solutions on preventable delivery failures as needed.

Manage iSpot order management from beginning to end, including:

Manage client expectations and establish delivery deadlines.

Obtain assets directly from sellers, clients, or the client’s design agency.

Work directly with the iSpot team on orders and mediate issues.

Manage scheduling and quality assurance; troubleshoot accordingly.

Deliver proof of execution.

Answer to clients on the seller’s behalf should delivery failure occur.

Know the proof of performance requirements for each national account under responsibility.

Audit incoming proof of performance information for completion and accuracy.

Manage all aspects of both simple and complex proof of performance projects.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders for a project or task.

Attend weekly team meetings to provide campaign updates and reports to key stakeholders (national sales team, NOC, iSpot Team).

Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

An hourly range of $21 – $25 / hour, dependent on relevant experience and qualifications.

Education and Experience

HS Diploma or equivalent required.

BA/BS degree in a related field, such as Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.

Previous work experience in media preferred.

3–5 years of related work experience required, or other equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The primary work environment is an office.

Lifting less than 25% of the time, reading, color distinction, acuity, sitting greater than 50% of the time, and talking.

Typical percentage of time spent traveling and spending nights away from home is less than 10%.

On‑call shifts may be required.
