Responsibilities

Lead the overall digital marketing strategy and performance for Park Hyatt Seoul, Park Hyatt Busan, and Andaz Seoul Gangnam

Act as the key digital business partner to the GM and hotel leadership teams, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights

Oversee digital performance, eCommerce, and Hyatt.com initiatives in line with hotel commercial priorities

Work closely with Hyatt Digital Korea and ASPAC teams to align on strategy, campaigns, reporting, and performance improvement

Partner with hotel marketing, revenue, and commercial teams to develop integrated digital plans

Lead key digital channels including search, display, and social media

Manage agency partners to ensure strong execution, optimization, and reporting

Monitor and analyze performance across traffic, revenue, ROAS, and conversion, and translate insights into action

Recommend optimization opportunities across budget, targeting, timing, content, and creative

Stay current on digital trends and identify new opportunities to drive growth
