Call Center Representative

Cardinale Automotive Group is looking for a driven and personable Call Center Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. In this role, youll connect with warm leads through inbound and outbound calls, build strong relationships, and guide prospects toward taking action. Responsibilities: Engage with warm leads through inbound and outbound calls Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs Clearly present products and services with confidence and enthusiasm Guide prospects through the sales process and help move them toward a decision Handle objections effectively and turn conversations into conversions Accurately document interactions and follow up as needed Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Qualifications: Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve Prompt and courteous demeanor Valid drivers license Strong communication and persuasive selling skills Confidence in handling objections and closing conversations Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment Previous sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required Valid drivers license What We Offer:
