An Event Design Company in the Greater Chicago area is seeking an Event Producer to join their creative team! The ideal candidate is a passionate, innovative professional with a keen eye for design and strong project management skills. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to conceptualize and produce unique event experiences, manage event projects from initial design through execution, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure every detail is flawlessly delivered. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and produce unique event experiences.


• Manage event projects from initial design through execution.


• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure every detail is flawlessly delivered.


• Maintain a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Must‑Haves

• 5+ years of experience in event production, preferably in a creative or event décor industry


• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, but not strictly required)


• Strongғыҙ project management skills and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously


• Excellent customer service skills, including tact, diplomacy, електник professionalism


• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics and upcoming trends


• Proven ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and execute event concepts

Nice to Have

• Experience in floral design or floral production


• Experience using event planning software and/or inventory management systems


• Experience cross‑selling or working with multiple brands/services


• Experience mentoring or training team members


• Experience troubleshooting event logistics and working directly with venue staff
