Pay Rate: $21/hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to supporting customers, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and comfortable adapting to new processes in a growing organization. Strong attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support via phone and email Accurately enter and process customer orders using an ERP system Respond to inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and general account questions Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment Maintain detailed and accurate customer and order records Monitor and manage shared inboxes and follow up on outstanding requests Resolve issues efficiently and escalate concerns when appropriate Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with ongoing changes Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Prior customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing, industrial, or order-entry setting Familiarity with ERP systems and data entry Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
