Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with experience in the Insurance domain and exposure to Guidewire or P&C platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience working on core insurance system implementations , including legacy system migrations , and will be comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment .
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Conduct gap analysis and support solution design
- Create documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and product owners
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain
- Experience with Insurance core platforms
- Experience working on at least one full project lifecycle or large integration initiative
- Strong understanding of insurance processes (Policy, Claims, Underwriting, Billing)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Consulting or client-facing experience
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
