Credit & Collections Specialist
Pay: Starting at $17/hour We're seeking a motivated Credit & Collections Specialist to manage accounts receivable, support credit reviews, and work directly with customers to ensure timely payments. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily collections activities and follow up on outstanding invoices Resolve billing issues and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO) Review and recommend credit limit adjustments Partner with internal teams to improve billing and collection processes Maintain positive customer relationships Qualifications: 13 years of credit, collections, or AR experience preferred Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Excel and Outlook Great opportunity to build experience in accounting & finance operations.
