Sales Assistant (Remote)
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Sales Assistant to support our VP of Sales and Senior Account Executive. Manage reference requests and connect prospects with customer advocates as needed. Monitor the VP of Sales' inbox and flag time-sensitive messages. Prepare pre-meeting briefs by compiling Gong calls, HubSpot notes, and LinkedIn updates into concise 1-pagers. Track committed follow-ups and send a daily "what's due today" summary. Use pricing calculators to create accurate pricing quotes based on Gong calls, emails, and HubSpot deal notes. Proof pricing calculators built by sellers to ensure accuracy. Build tailored sales decks using our Master Deck template (no design work required). Use Claude AI to generate Sales - Customer Success handoff documents, cross-checking Gong and HubSpot for accuracy. Maintain deal documentation hygiene by updating HubSpot properties after calls (stage, next steps, call type, close date). Vet inbound website leads using ICP criteria and schedule meetings when appropriate. Re-engage closed/lost deals from 68 months ago using templates and AI-assisted personalization. Partner with marketing to outline case studies and pull supporting data from the platform. Explore Looker Studio dashboards to identify unique insights for sales conversations.
