Drive Rate of Sale & Growth in Key Outlets Sales Growth vs Target (%) Achievement of volume, dNSV High-Value Account Development Growth rate (sales/value) of identified top-tier or strategic accounts. Develop and deploy localized activation strategies that elevate brand visibility, strengthen customer connection, and reinforce brand storytelling 2. Build & Strengthen Customer Relationships Key Account Coverage & Engagement know your accounts and be known by your accounts Call on key Multi-Outlet Groups and Regional Customers Market Insights Contribution Frequency and quality of actionable insights shared with BDD/Performance teams (e.g., promotion, pricing, customer and consumer behavior shifts and competitive activity). 3. Champion Flawless Outlet Execution Outlet Execution Compliance (%) % of assigned outlets meeting Diageo brand standards, visibility guidelines, and commercial priorities.
