About The Role

Outlook Creation and Plan Delivery

Drive delivery of category financial targets and executional performance across IL in partnership with distributor GM

Act as the market performance owner, ensuring clear accountability for KPIs, tracking progress, and course‑correcting to deliver against plan

Identify and execute state‑specific growth opportunities informed by field insights and market trends

Develop and deliver execution and depletion strategies with cross‑functional teams and distributor partners

Achieve market share growth across Strategic Accounts and Independent channels through disciplined KPI ownership

Distributor Management

Strengthen distributor performance by building high‑impact relationships

Optimize route‑to‑market (RTM) strategies with distributor partners

Drive delivery of executional performance in partnership with distributor GMs

People Management

Lead and oversee the Performance Manager, providing clear direction, KPI ownership, and ongoing coaching to ensure delivery against plans

Foster a high‑performance culture through structured performance tracking, accountability, and continuous feedback

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Commercial, Marketing, Finance) and distributor stakeholders to align priorities and ensure effective execution of market strategies
