Middle Market Commercial Relationship Manager Miami, FL FinTrust Connect has partnered with a well capitalized regional financial institution to identify top commercial banking talent for a Middle Market Commercial Relationship Manager opportunity in Miami, FL.

This is a high impact opportunity for a proven commercial banker who knows the South Florida market, has strong C&I relationship management experience, and wants to join a bank with the culture, credit partnership, and leadership support to help strong producers keep growing.

You will have the ability to build your market, activate your COI network, and work closely with credit, treasury, portfolio management, and local leadership.

What you will do

Develop new middle market commercial banking relationships across Miami and the surrounding South Florida market.

Build and manage a portfolio of privately held companies, owner operated businesses, and growth oriented commercial clients.

Source new business through direct calling, market relationships, centers of influence, referrals, and existing client expansion.

Structure and recommend commercial credit solutions, including C&I loans, owner occupied real estate, working capital lines, term debt, treasury services, deposits, and broader banking solutions.

Partner with credit, underwriting, treasury, portfolio management, and product teams to deliver smart, efficient, and client focused solutions.

Evaluate borrower financial performance, cash flow, collateral, industry trends, ownership strength, and overall credit quality.

Grow profitable relationships through thoughtful cross sell across deposits, treasury management, capital markets, and other bank products.

Maintain strong pipeline discipline and consistent calling activity.

Represent the bank in the Miami business community with professionalism, credibility, and strong relationship presence.

What we are looking for

7 plus years of experience in commercial banking, middle market banking, C&I banking, corporate banking, or senior business banking.

Proven ability to originate and grow commercial relationships.

Strong credit acumen, including cash flow analysis, loan structuring, financial statement review, risk assessment, and deal presentation.

Experience calling on middle market companies, privately held businesses, entrepreneurs, and operating companies.

Strong COI network across attorneys, CPAs, consultants, investors, business owners, and market influencers.

Ability to generate new business without relying only on an inherited portfolio.

Strong understanding of deposits, treasury management, loan products, and full relationship banking.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client advisory skills.

High integrity, low ego, team first mindset, and strong reputation in the market.

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent commercial banking experience.
