Middle Market Commercial Relationship Manager Orlando, FL FinTrust Connect has partnered with a well capitalized regional financial institution to identify top commercial banking talent for a Middle Market Commercial Relationship Manager opportunity in Orlando, FL.

What you will do

Develop and grow middle market commercial banking relationships throughout Orlando and the broader Central Florida market.

Build a portfolio of privately held companies, owner operated businesses, and growth oriented commercial clients.

Generate new business through direct calling, COI relationships, client referrals, market presence, and disciplined pipeline management.

Structure and recommend commercial credit solutions, including C&I loans, working capital lines, term debt, owner occupied real estate financing, treasury services, deposits, and broader banking solutions.

Partner closely with credit, underwriting, treasury, portfolio management, and local leadership to deliver a high quality client experience.

Analyze financial statements, cash flow, collateral, guarantor strength, industry trends, and overall credit quality.

Grow profitable full banking relationships through deposits, treasury management, lending, capital markets, and other bank products.

Represent the bank in the Orlando business community with credibility, professionalism, and strong relationship presence.

What we are looking for

7 plus years of experience in commercial banking, middle market banking, C&I banking, corporate banking, or senior business banking.

Proven ability to originate, grow, and manage commercial relationships.

Strong credit acumen, including cash flow analysis, loan structuring, financial statement review, risk assessment, and deal presentation.

Experience calling on middle market companies, privately held businesses, entrepreneurs, and operating companies.

Strong COI network across Orlando, Central Florida, or nearby growth markets.

Ability to generate business without relying only on an inherited portfolio.

Strong understanding of deposits, treasury management, loan products, and full relationship banking.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client advisory skills.

High integrity, low ego, team first mindset, and a strong reputation in the market.

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent commercial banking experience.
