Loan Documentation Specialist

We are searching for a Loan Documentation Specialist to provide onsite support for a local financial institution. This position is temporary with the potential to become permanent and pays $20 per hour.
Responsibilities
Collect and organize SBA loan documentation
Scan, index, and upload loan files accurately
Maintain complete and orderly loan records
Track and follow up on missing documentation
Provide administrative support to the SBA lending team
Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
Handle confidential borrower information appropriately
Respond to internal document requests
Support file audits and quality control reviews. Perform additional clerical duties as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in banking, lending, or document‑heavy work environments
Strong organizational skills
High attention to detail
Ability to manage confidential information
Experience with scanning and document management systems
Basic computer proficiency
