
Compensation Director North America

Main Responsibilities:
Oversee design, development and deployment of local Reward policies and ad hoc programs (Sales Incentives, Top Talents, Retention plans, etc.), in alignment with Group principles.
Partner with HR and Talent Managers on compensation and recognition topics to support attraction, retention, development and/or separation of employees across the employment life‑cycle.
Lead the annual compensation cycle (including benchmarking activities, merit planning and bonus accrual), while maintaining responsibility for data accuracy, communications, trainings and timelines.
Manage company incentive plans, including design, communication, administration and financial accruals.
Partner with HR and Business stakeholders to support the job evaluation process for new and existing roles based on aligned methodologies.
Conduct research on legislative governance, local market trends and industry best practices to advance Ferrero’s competitive advantage.
Support the mobility and compensation terms of international employees relocating to North America on short‑term and long‑term assignments.
Steward the relationship with key external partners or consultants that support the company in compensation and mobility services.
Supervise the work of 2 direct reports in the Compensation and Mobility area.
About You:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; Master’s Degree preferred.
10‑12 years experience minimum in Rewards and/or HRIS.
Previous SAP and/or Success Factors experience is preferred.
Familiarity with the Korn Ferry / Hay Group job grading methodology.
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite; high level utility of Microsoft Excel and Power Point required.
Ability to effectively read, analyze and interpret information, summarize and present data to leadership.
Comfortable presenting in front of audiences or navigating through high‑stakes conversations.

The base salary range for this position is $142,000 - 190,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
