Shift: 8-5 Monday-Friday
Legal Document Experience is preferred
What’s a typical day as Data Entry/Order Entry Specialist?
Confirming legal requests for records are completed accurately per client instructions Performing heavy data entry and documentation preparation Researching locations and facilities for records retrieval Preparing legal packets using client preferences and system requirements Internally tracking requests and following up as necessary Emailing clients for confirmations, questions, and status updates Handling problem requests, conducting research, and providing follow-up Quality checking all documents, entries, and legal paperwork Resending requests and providing additional documentation as needed Faxing, mailing, and arranging hand-served legal requests Saving and scanning all documents Why you should apply to be Data Entry/Order Entry Specialist:
