Responsibilities

Develop and execute campaign content.

Lead the development and production of brand content to build brand equity and increase market awareness. Key responsibilities include content scoping, creative oversight, budget management, and performance tracking.

Maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to evaluate brand content effectiveness.

Partner with sales and commercial teams to support strategic, holistic brand campaigns with unique content that creates brand awareness and enhances the company’s reputation across multiple markets worldwide.

Collaborate within the BMEC team and across the company to ensure brand content relevance across multiple market‑specific situations and challenges. Create specific content to support key region‑ or segment‑specific issues.

Partner with internal creative teams (designers, copywriters) and external agencies to develop campaign content that is visually striking, relevant, and on‑brand.

Build and execute rich go‑to‑market plans that deploy rich content across various channels – including social media, web, email, and events – to ensure a unified brand experience.

Collaborate on plans and schedules for content delivery to ensure campaigns launch on time and on budget.

Support the company’s position in a new competitive space.

Help develop and execute multifaceted marketing campaigns, incorporating the messaging and rich content that demonstrates Baker Hughes’ leadership in rewriting the Energy Equation. All campaign content will build on the corporate personality, brand pillars, and visual identity to establish and reinforce our brand position in a new competitive space.

Use data‑driven insights to evaluate brand content effectiveness and success of campaigns by measuring metrics such as impressions, customer awareness and engagement, and share of voice.

Optimize content creation based on feedback and performance data to improve future results.

Collaborate with the thought leadership team to develop strategic campaign content (white papers, pitch decks, etc.) to introduce the brand into new and emerging markets like data centers, mining, and utilities.

Study new markets to understand target audiences, customer personas, behaviors, unmet needs, and competitor positioning and apply those learnings to create unique, relevant content.

Ensure all content aligns with the overall brand while supporting application‑specific messaging and goals.

Support strategic business priorities.

Incorporate the brand strategy and narrative into ongoing work related to the Six Strategic Priorities and brand campaigns.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in digital strategy and channel management.

Proven experience with digital strategy, website architecture, and cross‑functional stakeholder management.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and written communication skills.

Strong curiosity about new ideas and how things work together.

Website development and content appreciation.

Understanding of the importance of storytelling on the web.

Strong project leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.

Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling frameworks.
