What You’ll Do You are responsible for developing and managing strategies for all digital marketing activities including website, email, paid advertising, SEO, data management, analytic analysis and other related areas. This position will also develop lead scoring and qualification parameters to more effectively nurture and track leads into the sales funnel.
Manages development and progression of Muncie Power websites
Creates and executes digital marketing strategy
Manages digital paid media activities
Works within digital advertising budget and makes recommendations on spend
Develops lead scoring system
Evaluates leads and lead tracking
Oversees and implements search engine optimization tactics
Analyzes digital analytics and presents reports
Runs competitive analysis reports
Oversees retargeting/remarketing advertising activities
Creates and implements strategy for email marketing
Coordinates and evaluates daily activity within HubSpot
Implements automation strategies within HubSpot
Oversees and executes HubSpot integration with website
Develops metrics to understand success of marketing tactics
Works with Communications Specialist to implement appropriate digital tactics
Plans digital advertising activities
Assists creative team in development of digital advertising
Assists in development of overall marketing strategy
Assists with social media strategy
Helps develop video content
Creates interactive screens for trade show displays
Attend industry events and exhibitions as required
Invests time in understanding new digital opportunities
Participates in cross functional teams
Your Experiences & Skills
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, or a related field, or suitable work experience
At least three years of experience in digital marketing or advertising required
Experience utilizing paid advertising programs
Knowledge of and experience with search engine optimization tactics
Knowledge and experience with web development
Experience with content management systems
Experience analyzing and configuring Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
Creative and writing abilities
Experience with email marketing software
Experience with marketing automation and personalization software
Experience with HubSpot preferred
Ability to travel to assist with trade shows, exhibitions, and customers as needed
Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office Suite and web based applications; experience with design software such as InDesign is a plus
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, customers, suppliers, trade show representatives and business associates
Must be able to multi‑task effectively
Ability to plan and schedule work and meet deadlines
Ability to maintain records and to prepare reports as required by management
Experience and understanding of standard writing techniques
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of groups including but not limited to managers, clients, customers, and public
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and make recommendations
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
