Overview
The Associate is responsible for completing in-store food and non‑food demonstrations, acquiring and maintaining knowledge of products represented, preparing, serving, and breaking down product, equipment, and supplies, intercepting consumers and demonstrating products in a professional manner, and maintaining an overall professional appearance consistent with job requirements.

Complete in‑store food and non‑food demonstrations and related support tasks.
Prepare, serve and break down product, equipment, and supplies.
Intercept consumers and demonstrate products with professionalism.
Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the retailer’s dress code.
Engage with the community and work with the team to achieve on‑brand experiences.
Select preferred events and dates when available.
Comply with regulations regarding adult beverage and food safety procedures.
Benefits
$20.00 – $30.00 per hour (event‑dependent)
Weekly pay via direct deposit

Qualifications
Minimum age 18, 21 for positions involving adult beverages.
Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone or tablet.
Availability during scheduled events.
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds) and perform standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, and other physically demanding tasks.
High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Food Safety and Alcohol Beverage Certification (reimbursable).
English is the primary language; bilingual skills may be required.
Ability to use personal computers or mobile devices and relevant applications.
Physical Demands Regular standing and walking during shifts; use of hands and fingers to handle or feel; reaching overhead up to 65 inches; stooping, kneeling, squatting, climbing; maintaining balance; lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds; pushing and pulling a wheeled demonstration cart; preparing foods and beverages using required appliances; contact with cleaning supplies.
