Job Overview
Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences, create accurate estimates, and coordinate repair needs. The Estimator will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and ensure compliance with insurance clients and operational metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Document and update every customer interaction accurately and efficiently.
Provide customers with timely, accurate information, guiding them through the repair process.
Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics.
Follow WOW Operating Way procedures regarding customer drop‑offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
Communicate customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
Greet customers positively in person and on the phone.
Understand all required insurance programs and procedures.
Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team as required.
Support all team members when required.
Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings if required.
Attend training, information sessions, and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
Maintain the store’s KPI’s by maximizing role performance.

Role and Requirements
Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Minimum 1‑year experience in the automotive repair or estimating industry.
Willingness to complete I‑CAR training.
Valid driver’s license.
Required Skills / Abilities
Awareness of where to look for answers.
Basic computer skills.
Compliance with DRP’s requirements.
Willingness to complete I‑CAR training.
Valid driver’s license.
