Collections Specialist

LHH Talent - - Responsibilities: Manage and execute daily collections activities for all assigned customer accounts; Drive performance against collection goals, including aging reduction and collection activity targets; Review accounts receivable on a daily basis, identifying delinquent or high-risk accounts and escalating concerns to management as needed; Lead and participate in recurring AR review meetings with internal service centers and stakeholders; Perform detailed account reconciliations, researching billing discrepancies and submitting correction requests to the Billing team
