Position Overview
As a Branch Banker within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in Holly Springs, NC.

Job Description

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer’s share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.

Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty.

Embed a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships.

Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities and educating customers on options for managing financial transactions via technology, tools and resources.

Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty.

Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations, ensuring completion in an efficient and accurate manner.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require an associate's degree or equivalent, along with related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
